Shipping and Returns:

All ready-made pieces will typically ship out within the same week. For custom items and those marked as "Made to Order", please allow 2-4 weeks for completion, including fabrication, finishing, and shipment.

Each product listing will clearly indicate whether the item is "In Stock" or "Made to Order". Once your item is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped via [Carrier Name], and you'll receive tracking information to monitor the delivery progress.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on location but typically range from 2 to 7 business days after shipment for domestic shipments.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Packaging: Your jewelry will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

🇨🇦 Domestic Shipping (Canada) :

All orders will be shipped via Canada Post or FedEx and will include a tracking number and carrier insurance for your peace of mind. Please ensure that you double-check your shipping address before completing your order to avoid any delivery issues.

International shipping (Outside Canada):

All international orders will be shipped via Canada Post or FedEx and will include a tracking number and carrier insurance for peace of mind. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and can take anywhere from several days to weeks.

I am not responsible for any delays due to customs processing or any import taxes, duties, or VAT that may be applied upon arrival. These are the customer's responsibility and should be discussed with the destination country's customs office.

Please ensure you're familiar with your country’s regulations regarding customs and taxes before placing an order. Unfortunately, I have no control over these fees or the processing times once the package reaches customs.

Returns:

All items are considered final sale. A lot of time and effort goes into creating each piece, and due to the personalized nature of the products, I am unable to offer refunds. That said, I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If there is an issue, I will consider a return on a case-by-case basis.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be in its unworn, original state and I must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the product. Upon approval, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance and will not be refunded the original shipping cost.

If the returned item arrives damaged or is lost/stolen during the return process, the customer will be fully responsible for the cost of the item.

Please take a moment to carefully read each product’s description, paying special attention to details like sizing. I put a lot of effort into clearly communicating any important information to ensure your satisfaction before purchase.
